United Community Health Center is pleased to announce door to door transportation services to and from your UCHC medical appointments at no charge. This vehicle was awarded through a grant with Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and Pima Associated Goverments (PAG). Rides can be requested at the time you schedule your appointment. Cancelations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip. The van will accomodate wheelchairs.
