UCHC Officers
United Community Health Center is carefully managed by a dedicated and experienced team of officers who are constantly balancing keeping the mission alive, providing quality healthcare to everyone in our area regardless of their ability to pay, and generating the revenue needed to keep the organization afloat. This is a delicate balance to achieve and this group of business professionals has proven they have the skills, experience and ability to do just that.
Chief Executive Officer: Dianna Gonzales, RN, BSN
Ms. Gonzales is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from the University of Arizona, and more than thirty years of experience in healthcare. For many of those years she served as an administrator in community health center settings. She has been with United Community Health Center for nearly a decade, serving as our Operations Director prior to assuming the Chief Executive Officer role. Ms. Gonzales’ strong leadership coupled with her nursing background sets the example of quality of care and compassion that our employees strive to emulate.
Chief Medical Officer: Rodolfo Jimenez, DO, MBA
Dr. Jimenez received his Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman College, in Orange, California, his Doctor of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kirksville, MO and his Masters in Business Administration/Healthcare Management, from the University of Phoenix, in Tucson, AZ. He has spent over fifteen years serving in administrative capacities and all of his nearly two decades of medical practice have been providing care to the medically underserved population. Dr. Jimenez’ compassion and genuine desire to improve the health of this population keeps him seeing patients in addition to his administrative duties. Blending his medical practice with his business degree, Dr. Jimenez manages his provider team with an eye to both the United Community Health Center mission and to the financial requirements needed to keep it running.
Chief Financial Officer: Thomas Woodworth, BS, MBA
Mr. Woodworth earned his Bachelor of Science / Accounting at the Pennsylvania State University Behrend College, in Erie, PA and his Master of Business Administration/Management, from Golden Gate University at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. For the past 20 years Mr. Woodworth has held leadership roles in healthcare organizations in southern Arizona. His steady and fiscally conservative approach to the money side of this business has helped United Community Health Center establish a strong financial foundation on which growth plans are based.
