Mobile Dental Program for Kids

Did you know that in Arizona, 34% of children have experienced tooth decay by the age of three and nationally, more than 51 million hours of school are lost each year by children due to dental related illness?

The UCHC Dental Program for Kids is pleased to offer dental services for students in your school district. We are able to provide screenings, examinations, cleanings, oral hygiene instructions, sealants, treatment for decay and other dental problems.

Our mission is to make dental care available to everyone, giving special consideration to those who may not have adequate dental coverage. We have been serving school districts for over 5 years and would like to invite your child to have a positive dental experience with us!

Getting started is easy! If your child is not currently being seen by a dental provider, please fill out the dental registration forms located on this page. We will then schedule a time for your child to be seen on the school site which limits their time away from class and the parents’ time away from work.

Even if your child is already active with our program, we are required to have completed and signed consent forms for each school year. If you have any questions please call (520) 407-5617.
