Clinical Service

Primary Care:
Office visits for illness, injuries, chronic conditions, immunizations and health maintenance for all ages.

Gynecology Services:
General gynecology, hormone treatment or therapy for menopause, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy and consults.

Prenatal Care:
Care provided up to 36 weeks (delivery services by referral) and post-partum care.  OB care after 36 weeks at CFMC site only and other sites by referral.

Pediatric Care:
Primary care including office visits for illness, injuries, chronic conditions, immunizations, lab draws and health maintenance for children between 0-17 years.

Integrated Behavior Health Care:
Behavioral Health consultants offer assistance to patients on site when habits, behavior, stress, or other problems interfere with daily life and overall health.

School-Wellness Centers:
Primary Health Care Services available at Altar Valley Middle School, Robles Elementary School, Sahuarita Schools & Sopori School.
